Cline v4.1.10: web search toggle, Hub stability, idle sandbox reclamation

Cline adds a web search toggle for supported models, fixes Hub daemon conflicts between multiple installs, and reclaims idle plugin sandbox processes. Changes land through the SDK bundle only; the legacy bundle is unchanged from 4.1.9.

  • Web search: Models that support it can search the web during a task. Toggle in Feature Settings. Searches and results persist across reloads.
  • Hub daemon conflict fixed: Two Cline installations on different builds no longer shut each other's Hub daemon down in a loop. Build identity is compared through a total order.
  • Hub replacement fixed: Hub still serving sessions is left in place instead of being replaced mid-handshake; swap happens once idle.
  • Idle plugin sandbox processes reclaimed instead of lingering.
  • Model catalog refreshed: Adds Crusoe as a provider; updates model lists and per-provider default models.
