Cline 4.1.7: "View Changes" returns, interrupted-turn queue no longer dropped
Ships the SDK v0.0.72 interrupt and MCP fixes to the Cline extension, plus the restored "View Changes" button on completion rows (backed by SDK checkpoints) and a copy button on turn-final responses. Mostly fixes for silent failures — queued turns that fail, hung MCP servers, and LiteLLM proxy requests.
