Cursor: full-screen tabs and compact chat responses in Agents Window

Cursor added a full-screen mode for the right panel (files, changes, canvases, PRs, browsers, terminals) accessible via Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+M, replacing the agent chat with a floating prompt bar. Compact chat responses let users control tool call density (compact/balanced/detailed). The release includes 8 improvements and 9 bug fixes across PR tabs, background tasks, MCP/OAuth, model routing, and keyboard shortcuts.
