Cursor: side chats, agent transcript search, new cloud agent hooks

Adds side chats that run alongside the main agent conversation with full context, local search across agent transcripts (Cmd+K global, Cmd+F in-conversation), redesigned project/repo pickers, and new cloud agent hooks for observing the conversation.
