Devin Review API, Mermaid rendering, per-PR review toggle, MCP secret scoping
Devin Review is now triggerable via REST API for CI pipelines. Mermaid diagrams render as interactive SVGs in sessions. Admins get per-PR auto-review toggles, service user permission management, MCP secret scoping (personal vs org), and clickable diff stats. Plus fixes for repo selector and commit links.
