Devin: voice recording while working, MCP multiline env vars, settings redesign, V3 API enhancements

Devin's May 13 release adds voice recording while Devin is actively working, multiline environment variable support for MCP server connections, a redesigned settings hub with search, and V3 API filtering by repo name and archive status. Snapshot builds can now be deleted directly from the build history, and the Context section was renamed to Skills & Rules.
