Gemini CLI nightly: credential verification fix, eval coverage command
Nightly build fixing how cached credentials are verified and restoring the GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS fallback path. Also adds an eval coverage report command. Relevant if you authenticate Gemini CLI through a service-account credentials file.
