Kilo Code JetBrains 7.0.10: diff previews for edit tools, startup and provider fixes

The JetBrains plugin renders edit, write, and apply-patch results as expandable diffs with clickable file links and change counts. Fixes cover several failure paths in Kilo Core, including config files being rewritten merely by reading them and read-only database files at startup.
