Kilo Code 7.4.15: memory settings rework, Linux sandbox fix
Patch release reworking project memory settings toward folder inspection instead of direct editing, and fixing Linux sandbox setup failing on unreadable subdirectories. The bundled 7.4.13 notes add per-model reasoning effort in the Agent Manager and Shift+Tab variant cycling, which replaces Shift+Tab focus navigation in prompt inputs unless disabled.
