Kilo Code JetBrains 7.0.2: first GA of the native JetBrains extension

General availability of Kilo Code's native extension for JetBrains IDEs, giving the tool a first-class surface outside VS Code. The plugin downloads the pinned Kilo Core release at runtime (verifying archives) rather than shipping CLI binaries, and surfaces which Core release is active.
