Kilo Code JetBrains 7.0.2-rc.2: PATH resolution fix, runtime download diagnostics

Second release candidate. Resolves the CLI executable using the user's shell environment so custom PATH setups work when sessions start from JetBrains, adds diagnostics for Kilo Core download failures, and collapses long reasoning blocks into compact previews.
