Kilo Code 7.4.11: project-memory controls in the VS Code task header

Adds UI for project memory in VS Code — a task-header menu with quick actions, and an optional verbose mode that surfaces recalled memory snippets as conversation markers. Rest is UI fixes for narrow sidebars, frozen sessions, and conversation reverts.
