Kilo Code JetBrains 7.0.7: OpenAI-compatible custom providers

The JetBrains plugin can now point at arbitrary OpenAI-compatible endpoints as custom providers, with validation and teardown fixes around the setup dialog. Plugin stays pinned to Kilo Core 7.4.5 in this release.
