Kilo Code 7.4.9: chat search from the Command Palette, @mention fix for non-ASCII filenames
Two patch fixes. Chat search is now reachable from the Command Palette and auto-expands collapsed blocks containing a match; file @mentions with spaces or non-ASCII characters resolve instead of failing.
