opencode 1.17.5: MCP session recovery, Snowflake Cortex browser OAuth

Patch release focused on MCP connection stability — expired sessions recover instead of leaving tools disconnected, and closed clients are cleared. Adds external browser OAuth for the Snowflake Cortex provider.
