opencode 1.17.4: v2 session API endpoints, connector auth, MCP server cwd
Adds v2 API endpoints for creating and fetching sessions, listing session questions, and resolving the active location, plus connector-based authentication with stored provider credentials. Local MCP servers can now start from a workspace-relative directory. Relevant if you drive opencode through the API or SDK.

- MCP server log notifications surfaced in opencode logs
- Fixed Gemini tool schemas using multi-type fields
- Content-filtered model responses surface as visible errors instead of failing silently
