opencode 1.18.2: nested subagents disabled by default

Subagents can no longer spawn their own subagents unless a subagent_depth limit is configured, changing default behaviour for anyone relying on recursive delegation. The rest is desktop UI fixes and a reasoning-depth tweak for Meta models.
