Roo Code CLI 0.1.17: caller-supplied session IDs, now UUID-validated
A new --create-with-session-id flag lets callers set their own session UUID when creating a task, useful for correlating CLI runs with external systems. Session IDs are now validated as UUIDs on create, resume, and start.taskId in stdin-stream mode, so any non-UUID identifiers already in use will be rejected.
