T3 Code: file drops across chat, hold-to-quit, cold remote SSH, concurrent SQLite writer fix

Large nightly with ~40 fixes across desktop, server, web, mobile, SSH, and CLI. Notable: file drops accepted anywhere in the chat workspace, desktop Chrome-style hold-to-quit, cold remote servers no longer timing out during startup, and concurrent SQLite writers now wait instead of failing with SQLITE_BUSY.
