T3 Code: mouse thumb buttons, app manifest, locale timestamps, long-running git pushes

Nightly with ~25 fixes. Notable: mouse thumb buttons routed to the in-app browser, web app manifest added for installed PWA scope, desktop timestamps now follow OS locale, long-running git pushes no longer timeout, SSH remotes with non-git user prefixes are detected, and the server respects inherited OPENCODE_CONFIG_CONTENT.
