Warp: auto-detects MCP servers from claude/codex configs, Go to Line dialog
Warp now automatically detects global and project-scoped MCP servers configured for Claude or Codex, exposing them as spawnable servers. Adds a Go to Line dialog (CTRL-G) with line:column support. Includes a large batch of fixes and Oz improvements.
