Code review to CLI agent terminals, agents can ask clarifying questions, followup suggestions

Warp lets users send code review comments, diff hunks, and substrings as context to third-party CLI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode). Agents can now ask clarifying questions during Agent Mode, and Warp suggests followups when the agent completes. Cloud agents accept images and file attachments as context.
