Aider v0.48.0: --subtree-only for large repos, clipboard images, Sonnet 8k output

Targets large/monorepo performance with a new --subtree-only flag limiting aider to the current directory subtree. Also adds clipboard image input, repo map on any model via --map-tokens, and support for Sonnet's 8k output window.
