Aider v0.49.0: read-only file context, /clipboard, commit-attribution flag split
Adds read-only chat context via /read and --read (including files outside the git repo), and replaces /add-clipboard-image with a broader /clipboard command that also pastes text. The --attribute-commit-message flag is split into two separate flags, so existing invocations using the old name need updating.
