Cline CLI v3.0.53: Fable 5 on Vertex, compaction fixed for reasoning models
Adds claude-fable-5 to the Vertex model catalog and passes custom Vertex model IDs through unchanged so Claude-style IDs route to the Anthropic-on-Vertex path. Also fixes two real failures: the CLI attaching to a stale Hub daemon after an upgrade, and compaction being silently skipped on reasoning models because the summarizer hardcoded a 1024-token output cap. All changes come from SDK v0.0.73.
