Cline Desktop 0.0.5: performance overhaul, compaction fixes
Performance-focused desktop release: 60fps animated background (was ~10fps), composer typing stutter cut from 245 slow keystrokes to 3, coalesced streaming updates instead of per-token full-chat re-renders, and a single provider-catalog fetch at boot instead of three. Also fixes two compaction bugs that silently degraded context handling.
