Cursor Bugbot: 3x faster, 22% cheaper, 10% more bugs per review, pre-push /review command

Bugbot review times drop from ~5 minutes to ~90 seconds, cost per run falls ~22%, and bugs found per review increase from 0.56 to 0.62 — powered by the Composer 2.5 model. A new /review command lets users run Bugbot and Security Review before pushing code, and syncs with Bugbot on GitHub/GitLab to avoid duplicate reviews on PRs.
