Cursor Cloud: environment snapshots, /in-cloud subagents, local/cloud handoff
Cursor introduces cloud dev environment setup with reusable snapshots — agents boot into a pre-prepared environment captured in .cursor/environment.json, shared across the team. /in-cloud spawns a cloud subagent on its own VM and branch, keeping the local workspace clean. Cloud agents can babysit PRs remotely. Agent sessions can hand off between local and cloud machines reliably, including automatic handoff on sleep.
